In general, Sound Healing (Vibrational Therapy) is a meditative experience that encourages coherent thought processes to replace caotic thoughts. Those in attendance are “bathed” in coherent sound waves, produced by various sources. Including: healing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. These frequencies entrain the brain into coherent brainwave states of mind. The goal is to find balance and clarity within.
The effectiveness of group therapy is greatly enhanced when each client receives a personalized program tailored to their needs.
For example: A person suffering anxiety will benefit from different frequencies than one suffering with depression. A personalized program will allow the therapist to measure each clients response and determine which group session they should attend. periodic personal assessment will tell the facilitator how well the goals are being met.
